Is Frisyn really anonymous? +
Yes. We don't collect your name, email, or phone number at any point. Your account is identified only by a number and tied to your device.
What happens if I lose my recovery code? +
Your recovery code is the only way to restore an account on a new device. Without it, a lost or reset device can't be recovered — this is a deliberate tradeoff for keeping accounts anonymous.
Why can't I download the app right now? +
Frisyn is temporarily under maintenance while we roll out an update. Downloads will be back shortly — join the waitlist above and we'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
Is my data safe? +
Passwords are hashed with Argon2id and device identity is verified with dual SHA-512 fingerprinting. Audit logs are kept in a separate, isolated project from the rest of the app.
Can I use Frisyn on multiple devices? +
Accounts are device-bound by design. To move to a new device, use your recovery code during setup.
